Sony data theft hits over 70m Playstation users

Apple sue Samsung for copying iPhone / iPad design

Apple is suing technology rival Samsung over claims of copying, stating that the range of Galaxy products (smartphone and tablet) are too similar to the iPhone and iPad’s design. The lawsuit was filed on Friday, alleging Samsung violated Apple’s patents and trademarks. Apple state that the Galaxy tablet copies a large amount of aesthetic design, including the rectangular appearance, rounded corners, black border and arrangement of icons.
