Apple sue Samsung for copying iPhone / iPad design

Apple is suing technology rival Samsung over claims of copying, stating that the range of Galaxy products (smartphone and tablet) are too similar to the iPhone and iPad’s design. The lawsuit was filed on Friday, alleging Samsung violated Apple’s patents and trademarks. Apple state that the Galaxy tablet copies a large amount of aesthetic design, including the rectangular appearance, rounded corners, black border and arrangement of icons. Capture Google natural search rank position (SERP) within your WebTrends reports

It is now possible to capture the rank of natural search phrases (SERP) within Google and subsequently report on them using WebTrends. In order to do this, you’ll need to capture the ‘search term’ and ‘search rank’ from the referring URL. WebTrends scheduler – deleting unwanted jobs (database solution)

Whilst carrying out some routine support work for one of our clients recently, we came across an unusual issue. The problem arose when attempting to delete a cancelled ‘Reset Profile Job’ – although it could be removed from the ‘Job Queue’, it still appeared in the list of ‘Scheduled Jobs’.
